DCG can provide limited and comprehensive asbestos surveys for buildings of all sizes. DCG has conducted surveys of buildings ranging from 700 sq/ft to 750,000+ sq/ft. All surveys meet the requirements of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Texas Asbestos Health Protection Rules (TAHPR) and Asbestos Hazardous Emergency Response Act (AHERA).
If asbestos is found during the survey, DCG has the expertise to move forward to manage the abatement of the asbestos from beginning to the completion of the project. DCG will handle all aspects of the writing of the specifications, air-monitoring, daily project management and close out documentation. DCG will act as the owner’s representative to make sure that all costs are kept to a minimum and the owner’s liabilities are protected.
